Damage or non-delivered items must be reported within 48 hours of agreed delivery time. After this time, I cannot be held responsible for any product found to be damaged or missing. I will work with the customer to repair products efficiently where necessary, but may not be able to give an accurate timeframe for the repair to be completed depending on the product and specialist finishes required. Where an item is not to be delivered to your home address, it will still be your responsibility to ensure the goods are fully checked within the 48 hours for reporting.
If you’ve changed your mind about an item, you can cancel your purchase free of charge within 24 hours of the purchase if the product has not yet been dispatched.
If you change your mind after delivery, you have 14 days to contact me to request a return. The product must be returned within 28 days of receiving it, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product arrives free of damage. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the delivery fee is non-refundable. You will also be charged a return fee of £30 for this, to cover administrative costs for resale. I will contact you within 24 hours after the product has arrived to let you know if there is any damage.
